Gated Ion Channel. Not sure about the answer
A ligand is a molecule that binds itself to another molecule and helps transport particles using gated channel proteins.

Ionotropic receptors are ligand-gated or transmitter gated ion channels. The binding of a neurotransmitter or other ligand to a particular site on a domain of a protein in the receptor causes a conformational change in the protein subunits. This allows a certain ion to pass through, poteitally potassium, sodium or chloride. There are two types of ionotropic receptors, non-NMDA and NMDA. Both are ligand gated receptors, however the NMDA is also voltage gated.

They used gated ditches and leaves.
the most commonly used patterns in foundry are as follows 1) SINGLE PIECE PATTERN 2) SPLIT PATTERN OR TWO PIECE PATTERN 3)MULTIPLE PIECE PATTERN 4) GATED PATTERN 4) COPE AND DRAG PATTERN 5) MATCH PLATE PATTERN 6) LOOSE PIECE PATTERN 7) FOLLOW BOARD PATTERN 8) SWEEP PATTERN 9) SKELETON PATTERN
There are voltage-gated ion channels and ligand-gated ion channels, and since both are stimuli the term stimulus-gated is a redundancy.

It is a channel through a membrane that can be opened or closed by chemical or electrical events.
Yes, there are many gated comminities in Vail, CO. To find homes in gated communities, visit www.trulia.com, www.realtor.com, and www.homes.com.
No, in Florida, a "No Trespassing" sign is not required in a private gated community for the trespassing law to be enforced. Trespassing laws still apply on private property regardless of whether signs are posted.
Gated - 2008 was released on: USA: 22 June 2008
Yes they can.Just because it's gated doesn't they can't go in it.
Voltage-gated Na+ and voltage-gated K+ channels
gated
Graded potential occurs when triggered by a stimulus and gated ion channels open these gated channels can either be chemically gated or mechanically gated. In order to have graded potential threshold must be met in order to generate action potential. Good day!
