hello there!
i have had some experiences with the opposite of the holy spirit, which of course is the demon, so im glad i came across your question. Well to get rid of a demon in a body, you have to get an exorcism which is when a preist comes in and asks the demon in you what is there name, and asks them to leave your body or even t leave this world and be set free to the place where they belong which is either they belong in hell, or heaven. Although most demons go to hell, unless when they were human beings they commited a crime that is beyond bad such as murder or even suicide. Well im sorry for the LONG response, I tend toget carried away most of the time! hope i answered VERY well.
PEACE OUT! :)

(This won't help if I'm the demon)
because babies are the only ones who dont judge them
my best bet would be to pray and relive your self of any guilt or negative energy that may be attracting the demons if not seek help from a priest
No, demons are not physical beings and therefore cannot leave physical bite marks. If someone claims to have been bitten by a demon, it is likely a result of a different explanation such as self-harm or a medical condition.

To fight demons, one must focus on building mental and emotional resilience through practices like mindfulness, meditation, and therapy. It is important to confront negative thoughts and beliefs, and replace them with positive affirmations and self-care routines. Seeking support from friends, family, or mental health professionals can also be helpful in overcoming inner demons.
