Super glue can be softened using a proprietary solvent BUT this may also met the plastic of the phone!
However, it also softens with heat. Wearing gloves, dip a dish cloth into almost boiling water, ring it out so that it is damp (and still hot) and sponge down the phone surface until the glue comes off.
DO NOT scald yourself (use thick rubber cloves) and DO NOT soak the phone.
