it depends on what department you're talking about. but overall, it's not nearly as good as many other music schools; it is well-known though because it's been around a long time. some schools I think most people would consider to be stronger in music than Peabody: Curtis, Juilliard, Colburn, Eastman, Indiana University, Rice University, USC, UMichigan, Cincinnati, NEC, MSM, Mannes.
Harvard University or Johns Hopkins
It's new, but a prestigious brand name and a overall top 15 university in the world. I am sure that you would have no trouble impressing interviewers or getting a job after being at Johns Hopkins.
It depends on what part of music you want to study. For performance, most professional musicians go to one of the following (listed in no specific order): The Juilliard School (NY), Mannes College The New School for Music (NY), Oberlin Conservatory (OH), Curtis Institute of Music (PA), Manhattan School of Music (NY), The Shepherd School of Music @ Rice University (TX), San Francisco Conservatory (CA), Indiana University, Cleveland Institute of Music (OH), New England Conservatory (MA) and The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University (MD). For research (theory, musicology, ethnomusicology) there are Harvard, Yale, Princeton, UC Berkeley and Cornell. I guess that's not 20 but that's a good start!
Some good schools to attend if one wanted to study and learn to play the saxophone include Michigan State, Arizona State, Ball State, Northwestern, and Peabody Conservatory.
The basic elements of good conservatory design are often neglected. However, the main basin element of a good conservatory design is the design of a structure.
The top 4 best doctorate schools are Duke University (ranked first), Johns Hopkins University, and Cornell university. Other schools like Stanford and Harvard University are also good.

There is no official list of conservatory ticket prices. Yelp is good website for searching for businesses and attractions and comparing their prices.
You can purchase a conservatory chair from online stores and furniture stores. Amazon, IKEA, or Home Depot are some great places to begin your search.
Writing seminars at Johns Hopkins are internationally acclaimed, and attended by authors such as Toni Morrison. The Writer's Loft in Chicago also offers very well-reputed seminars.
