If there were rolls before you were pregnant they are not going to go away, the baby just grows underneath.
its humps either bend or sway
this can be caused by cramp
Never! The baby can sometimes fall out.
Elbows do bend toward the back while pregnant. The only change that might happen to your elbows while pregnant is that they get extremely dry while pregnant.
That depends on what you mean by "not bend". Nothing will bend if it just sits there, but if you attempt to bend it with even your hands, pure gold should bend at least some noticeable distance.
First of all, if the IUD is overdue, it's probably stopped working. And yes....it probably does mean your pregnant. Look for other signs like:It's hard or painfull to bend over Your stomach starts to get biggerYour breasts seem biggerMood swings and cravingsCramps and feelings of nausiaIf you are still unsure, buy a pregnancy test or go to your docter. Please remember to remove that IUD! Thanx!
No... Not necesarily. you need more hardcore exercise... not weak stretches/
Yes, but you can bend their bodies still by twisting it yourself.
It means to bend at the waist and lower your head toward your knees - think of the position when you have a stomach-ache.
Please clarify your question. Do you mean bending down in FRONT of pregnant women? I'd consider this a dangerous move. She could either trip over you, or you could become frozen in your bend and have to call the Fire Dept to unbend you. If for some reason you think it necessary to bend always for pregnant women, it would be less dangerous to bend down BEHIND them. Good luck to you with this project, and keep us informed as to your achievements in this area.
You need to be checked for appendicitis The above answer is a good one, but also colon problems (spastic colon) can cause this as well as bacteria or parasites. It's best to see your doctor and they will give you something to take a stool sample in and off to the lab. It may also be a nervous stomach or an inflamed duodenum or, simply trapped gas. Still, see your doctor.
Stomach crunches will help strengthen your stomach muscles but will not help you lose weight on your stomach per se. Spot training is used to strengthen specific muscles not melt away the fat there. If you do so many stomach crunches and eat very little then yes you will lose weight in other places as you will be exerting more energy than you take in - this is the key to weight lose. But note than if you do stomach crunches and do diet and exercise to lose overall body fat, your stomach muscles will look great once you have burned off the fat - so stomach crunches are still good, but you still have to get the stomach fat off to let your abs shine.Stomach excercisesThat would depend completely on the excercises eg. stomach crunches (lying on your back lifting both legs & kneck off the ground slightly, lowering a little then repeating) help to strengthen back muscles aswell, even though most of your average stomach excercises will just help with the stomach some do tend to tone up other parts aswell including thighs & buttocks etc. The best method of achieving a toned stomach is said to be running believe it or not which also tones legs ofcourse & shoulder muscles etc. also another type of excercise i am not sure of the name but im sure someone may point out is short sprints between a distance of roughly 4-5 metres back and forth leaning over and touching the ground at each turn so you would run from one end to the other, lean down quickly & touch the line with the tips of your fingers then run back & repeat. keep in mind they are quite challenging & i recommend only starting off with a few at a time. Good luck. Blessed girl x AnswerOnly if by doing those stomach exercises you're helping burn off more energy than you take in. AnswerThe stomach exercises the first commentor were speaking of is called Suicides. Suicides are typically performed on a basketball court where you begin at the long end of the basketball court, run to the foul line, bend down and touch the line, then return edge of the court, bend down and touch that line. In the next pass, you will run to the center line, bend down and touch then center line, then return to the edge or the court, bend down and touch that line again. In the third pass, you will run to the foul line at the opposite end of the court, bend down and touch that foul line, and return to the edge of the court, bend down and touch that line again. On the fouth pass, you will run from the original end of the court, to the opposite end of the court, bend down and touch that line, then return to the original end of the court, bend down and touch that line. You have now completed one complete suicide. Please note that when I reference the "bend down", you must do this while in motion, so once you touch the lines, you are to immediately reverse your path and return to edge of the court without stopping. It's somewhat like playing "leap frog" with a twist.
