It is not that hard. All you have to do is devote your time to answering questions and asking questions. Also if you have little or no black marks like warning or being blocked it can make your chances of being recognized easier but we look for people who want to make WikiAnswers a good place and that don't chat alot because a user does not become a supervisor just by chatting alone. And if you do these you might be recoginzed by a supervisor. And you might be one yourself.
