The main bearing journals would need to be turned down .200".

A stroker is: An engine that has had the length of the pistons travel extended through a machining operation or: In the case of a small block Chev you can fit the crank shaft from a different displacement engine into a block and create a stroker. The 383 stroker is a common one. Use a 350 CID block and a 400cid crank and conecting rods to get the 383 cid with out the reliability and life shortcomings of the 400 block. It is also possible to de-stroke an engine to get percise displacement for racing or special operational requirements.
its s stroker crank that makes the 350 a 364
no
A 350 is a small block and all the engine parts are small. The 454 is a big block and everything is big. Nothing will interchange.
It's a .060" over 350 with a 400 crank
a 383 stroker is just a 400 crank in a 350 block...so yes
Yes. Same dimensions.
Bore the block .040" oversize and put in a 4" stroke crank.
Hopefully someone with the correct answer will improve this answer, but a shortblock weighs 290. That is a 350 block with crank, rods, pistons, and cam.
Standard bore would be 372.
350 block, 400 crank. Main journals must be turned to accept 350 bearings. Stock bore is 377. .030 over is 383.
