Definately more violence and a lot more sex/sex appeal, even for regular t.v. A big part of me doesn't even see why parents are letting their kids watch some of these shows anymore with as young as they are. You now have t.v. shows on with teens getting drunk, doing drugs, having sex, getting pregnant, and showing that it is ok when in all actuality, would you want your kid doing any of that? Monkey see monkey do is all I can say.

The HD tv was invented in the early 90s. It has been in gradual developments since then.
Paul McGann. He was not in the TV series, but is considered canon since the Seventh Doctor from the series regenerated into him in the 90s American TV movie.
different commercials used to be black and white
James Hookway was in this highly successful show based on Eldorado but in Eastbourne, it was about as good! Since then he has gone on to starring roles in the theatre.

Fashion has not changed a lot since the '90s. The subcultures punk, hip-hop, skater and hipster did exist back in the '90s too. Emo and scene fashion is something new (around 2003) though.
