Medicine has become more expensive. TV dramas and technological advances have made more medical information available to the public. More males are becoming nurses and more females are becoming doctors. And HIV is still a pain in the rear to get good treatment for. Oh, psychological conditions are also incorporated more into general practice as the field of psychology has really advanced.

The proper hand position on the steering wheel used to be 10 and 2 but it has changed and is now 9 and 3. I am not 100% why it changed but I believe it changed so you could have a better grip on the steering wheel.Part of the reason for the change was to have your arms out of the way of the airbag.
