∙ 13y agoa more researched answer would be that rasicm is used to insult someone of a different background, and can be used by class discrimination (i.e. giving only black people cleaning jobs) or insults (i.e. calling a person a scottish twit) or bullying (i.e. pouring white paint on a dark-skinned person).
