None, really. All Christmas traditions held in Mexico come from several European countries, and none of them come from the United States:
The Nativity scene or Nacimiento was adopted from the same tradition found in Naples (Italy), then adopted from Spain and into Mexico.
The Piñata was originally invented in China, then adopted by Italian merchants (e.g. Marco Polo) and from there to Spain and into Mexico.
The Christmas tree was adopted from Germany.
Fireworks were adopted from China.
Christmas dinner is overwhelmingly of Spanish origin.
Other traditions such as Las Posadas, the Virgin Mary celebration, the candle-mass and Christmas itself are traditional Roman Catholic celebrations.

Additionally, archaeological sites such as Tenochtitlan and Templo Mayor provide physical reminders of their civilization.
Very few of the former Mexican Citizens chose to move south. Most opted to remain where they were for one year and automatically become US Citizens. The impact on the Mexican American War population is that they are huge today in California, Arizona New Mexico. Nevada, Utah and Colarado. In these areas the population grew very large after the Mexican American War.
