2 ways that come to mine, more efficient, as a computer can work very fast, we are able to put a lot of data and it be sorted out in seconds where it would take days by hand.
But also more lazy, as computers are so powerful we don't think and then if we enter something wrong, the computer will run that and get it wrong.
