People think that evolution is the answer...But it is not. In reality, scientist have found that evolution cannot be. For example: If monkeys really turned into humans after time then how come us humans do not keep on changing. We would have seen change if it was happening by now. So the answer to your question: How has the cells of animals changed as animals have evolved...Is none. Animals do not evolve even though some people still believe in evolution.
