That differs from the species and area, timber wolves are much larger then eurasian or red wolves. the more south you get the less they way, even to an average of 45lbs, the more north you get the more they way, such as an average of 145lbs. males are 20% bigger then females, and so on.
Full grown gray wolf males weigh around 115 and 120 pounds. Females are much lighter, ranging around 80 pounds.
Fully grown red wolves have more of a weight range, 40-80 pounds.
Black wolves are pretty heavy, weighing in at 172-180 pounds. Some have even been known to reach 200 pounds.
Ethiopian wolves, which are critically endangered, weighs only 24 to 42 pounds, and are considered by some to not even be wolves.
Arctic wolves weigh up to 175 pounds.

The mean body mass of the extant gray wolf is 40 kg (88 lb), with the smallest specimen recorded at 12 kg (26 lb) and the largest at 80 kg (180 lb). Females in any given wolf population typically weigh 5–10 lb (2.3–4.5 kg) less than males.
