Do you mean in elevation? Like on a mountain? It isn't high up on anything. It is in the LA basin and in the city of Anaheim. Or do you mean in cost? Today, the last I heard, it ran 75.00 for adults for a day ticket and 50.00 each for children for a day ticket. I remember when it cost 10.00 to get in. Amazing.

No; Monster High is a Mattel-owned brand. The closest thing at the Disneyland Resort would be Monsters Inc, and the ride related to that is not in Disneyland but in the other park, Disney California Adventure. California Adventure also used to have a "Monsters University" meet & greet, but I believe that's now been converted to a Marvel Superhero meet & greet.
