Short answer All chemically synthesised drugs can have an effect on any body cell. this is because the aim of a drug is to enter the blood system Thus the drug can get to anywhere in the body. whilst using the drug it can easily get into a sex cell intended for making babies therefore possibly affecting the chromosomes.
