Judaism is a misunderstood religion because they were accused of cruxifing Jesus, the Romans did cruxify Him. The Jewish people in ancient times were waiting for a conquering Messiah. Jesus came spreading love and peace and the Jews rejected Him for that. Judaism today has many new concepts as does the Catholic Church. One must remember that Jesus was a Jew when He died. His followers were not called Christians until people called the people in Antioch Christians
