How is Obama going to make jobs better for us?

The economy has finally begun to recover, and the president's supporters would say all signs point to the fact that he is moving America in the right direction. Unemployment is declining and more new jobs are being created. Mr. Obama would also say that he wants to focus on bringing jobs back to America. He would point out that his opponent, Mitt Romney, was very active in out-sourcing American jobs to low-wage countries like China and Vietnam. Mr. Obama wants to make the USA more friendly for manufacturing, which will create more jobs. (Please note: this is what he and his supporters will say. His opponents will say he has not created jobs and Mitt Romney will do it more effectively.)
