Gaea would have had her children by Uranus, the Hecatoncheires - the three giants with fifty heads and a hundred hands (Kottos and Briareos and Gyes) and the one eyed Elder Cyclopes (Brontes, Steropes and Arges) free from their birth rather than locked away in the belly of Earth/Gaea.
How was the planet Uranus been observed
No person has ever been to the planet Uranus or even to the moons of the planet Uranus (which would be much easier to visit). Indeed, human beings have never been anywhere farther than the moon. Automated probes have been sent to the edge of the solar system and out into interstellar space, but human beings have not gone nearly that far.
Uranus has always been a planet
100 and there is life on uranus... go check
None.
No, Uranus is completely gaseous and has no land that would slide. Walking on Uranus would be like walking on a cloud, only much stinkier because there is a lot of methane.
not yet. Even if one could do that it would have been impossible to drive on uranus because uranus is a gas giant with no solid surface to drive on!

The Titan children of Uranus and Gaia took Uranus's place as rulers of the heavens, for Uranus had been castrated by the scythe that Cronus had wielded. Cronus was afterwards called King of the Titans, his son Zeus would later overthrow him for swallowing his own sons and daughters in fear of a prophesy of Gaia and Uranus, that he would be overthrown be his children, as he had overthrown his father Uranus.
No human has been on the planet Uranus. The only spacecraft was Voyager 2 which went by Uranus on January 24th 1986.
No. The only object that people have been to other than Earth is the moon. Uranus is much farther away. It would be impossible to walk on Uranus anyway as it is a gas planet with no solid surface.

It would have caused a much shorter disappearance and reappearance of the star along with the main long eclipse, which would have been a good indicator that there was something else close to Uranus. Further examination would have led to the discovery of the rings.
They didn't. The farthest humans have been from Earth is the moon. Uranus is many times farther away. Uranus has been visited by unmanned space probes.
None.
