Well it really depends on a few things such as what you mainly do on you're
computer the most, do you play a lot of PC games, and how familiar are you
with computer OS's generally? For an average consumer Windows 7 would be a
better investment due to the sheer fact that it is very user friendly and very
compatible to any type of computer user. Also Windows 7 is way more
compatible to most applications as it has been out for quite a while and
Windows 8 however is not 100% there with all applications yet. If you're main
focus on computers is strictly working, school, business etc. then Windows 8 is
for you, but it may take time getting used to the OS as it's not just a desktop
feature; another user interface is Metro which has many different types of built
in applications and adds for a whole new appearance and even though it looks
cool it can be deceiving. All in all, I only recommend Windows 8 for more
"experienced" computer users who are patient enough to get used to this new
and odd OS. If gaming is what you're looking for like I said earlier then go for
Windows 7 or even Linux Mint, because both are very compatible to any type of
user.
Windows 8 and 8.1 are the version of Windows NT, released by Microsoft and both are slightly different from each other. The main difference between 8 and 8.1 is that Windows 8.1 has more apps as comparison to Windows 8 such as integration of OneDrive, along with it's under interface tweaks and the addition of expanded tutorials for operating the Windows 8 interface.
A lot of people dislike Windows 8, and are trying to avoid it, often by using Windows 7 instead. In fact, Windows 8.0 was such a flop that Microsoft had to create 8.1, in which they fixed some bugs, and put back the start menu. 8.1 has been met with better success, but people still don't like the "tablet" style system, or the greater internet dependence as much. For this reason, Windows 10 is said to be more the "desktop" style again, like Windows 7 was. Windows 8 does definitely have greater hardware requirements, also, which make older machines perform more slowly. This also tends to make games and videos run more slowly, even on a new PC, but especially on an old one.
The main benefits of Windows 8.1 over Windows 8 is that windows 8.1 has more advanced and extra features than windows 8.

8/81 is already in simplest form. The only common factor between 8 & 81 is 1.
There are infinitely many solutions:The square of 8 is 64.The square of 9 is 81. Therefore, the square root of ANY NUMBER between 64 and 81 is between 8 and 9.
64 and 81 ; 64 is 8 squared and 81 is 9 squared
9. 92 = 81. The difference of the digits 8 and 1 is 7.
