Do Pekingese shed I want to get a dog but the people I am living with need a hypoallergenic one. So my question is once again do Pekingese shed?
I have a pekingese and my boyfriend is allergic to dogs but he is not allergic to my dog. The are very clean dogs and the shedding is very minimal. If you need to reduce shedding even further you should get it groomed at least once a month. Also, if your dog happens to shed irregularly then you can use vitiman supplements and mix them in with their food. I've heard it works wonders with other dogs that shed a lot, and I'm sure the Pekingese is no different.
