After the European settlement, Aboriginal People were subjected to policies of dispossessio in a bid to the eventual demise of their race and culture. Because of this Aboriginies were driven of their land and lots of them got sick from the measals and chickenpox due to lack of immunity. Without enough people to remain self-suffiecient or to sustain complex religious and culutral practices, many tribes became extinct. Eventually, due to this, many aboriginal converted to other religious that were brought over from other countries, espiecially Europe. Today 70% of Aboriginal people practice different beliefs (Christianity) and 5% still perform traditional ceremonies

They thought that to live well humans must live in harmony with both parts. All actions and decisions must keep the physical and spiritual parts balanced. So, the short answer to your question is that there is no aboriginal religion, they just live and abide by their beliefs, which you could take as their religion.
