If you are referring to "To Kill a Mockingbird", no, Atticus does not act feeble. He is honest, kind, fair and gentle. He is also intelligent and because he does not pontificate or go into dramatic rages, he is not weak. But he plays by the rules to the best of his abilities and has found himself in a situation where justice is not going to prevail against prejudice and ignorance. How does anyone handle that kind of situation?

Atticus Finch is a morally strong character in "To Kill a Mockingbird," known for his integrity and courage in standing up for what is right, despite social pressure and personal risk. However, some critics argue that his adherence to the law and respect for authority can be viewed as weaknesses, as they limit his ability to challenge systemic injustice more aggressively. Ultimately, Atticus's perceived weaknesses could be seen as a product of his commitment to moral principles and the complexities of navigating a racially divided society.
