No online course will be effective in training you to be a "bar tender". Nor will a class. If you want background, get a bar book like Mr Boston or similar and familiarize yourself with the 20-30 most common drinks and shots. Unfortunately, only actual on the job experience will make you a decent bar tender. No substitute for the hands on work. Period. Find a job as a waiter or other position and work your way to the bar. You will be trained live, the best and only way to be a good bar tender.
