There is no such thing as "communist capitalism" but if you mean the state capitalism of say China today and if by "democracy capitalism" you mean liberal democratic countries, the economic systems are essentially the same. China simply has a much more oppressive political system, from the point of view of the workers and peasants in China anyway.
Communism means a classless stateless society based on production for use, and there can be no such thing as Communist capitalism. Capitalism can have the forms of democracy but no true democracy, as a small number of people really control the economy and politics.
