We need to eat healthy foods like: vegetables, fruit, etc. You need them for your health because you can die getting to fat. Also you can still eat fatty foods but not too much. Like you get me right? Like balance your food, you could still eat meat and stuff. Do exercises like:aerobics, running, push ups, pull ups, walking, etc. Always stretch before doing them though.
