Here's a great recipe. Go to Motherearthnews.com and put in Making mead in the search engine, and print the recipe. It is very easy but remember to sanitize EVERYTHING!! Even the packet of yeast if you are using a yeast especially made for making your mead. I made mine using the Fiji water, and 24 ounces of honey and it worked for 14 weeks. It will be ready to drink on February 14, 2011, although it had quite a punch when I bottled it. Hope this helps!!
