Isis was one of the old gods in Egypt. She represented mothership and magic. What she represted often changed thorughout the history of Egypt. She is often depicted with a chair like object on her head. Many Pharoahs and Queens took gods as their personal god, like Cleopatra (she was Egyptian though, but Macadonian). She was also importent to the preists that worshipped her, and her cult followers.
