How is it possible contact Jagex through their website it's possible just don't know how can any one help?

The only way to contact Jagex is through Billing Support. You can submit a billing ticket on either the RuneScape or FunOrb website, or by emailing billingsupport@jagex.com. Also, you can post on the forums under the "contact us" section, but that section is very limited.
There is currently no other way to contact Jagex.
