The only way to contact Jagex is through Billing Support. You can submit a billing ticket on either the RuneScape or FunOrb website, or by emailing billingsupport@jagex.com. Also, you can post on the forums under the "contact us" section, but that section is very limited.
There is currently no other way to contact Jagex.

Answer: Paul and Andrew Gower (the owners of the British Games Studio, Jagex) have not given out there mobile or landline numbers out to the public. Sorry noobs ;) Answer: I believe on the RuneScape website you will find ways to contact the company, Jagex - but this would be via email, or forms on their website.
If you come across a scam website, a real-world-trading website, or a website providing bots/macros/scripts, and it is related to RuneScape, you may report it to Jagex using the RuneScape Forums. To do so, go to the RuneScape Forums. Go to the Contact Us Forum. Click on the thread called 'Report Scam Websites Here [v2]'. On this thread, you may post your report. The instructions on how to do so are on the first page of the thread, and should be followed so as to make dealing with the site easier for staff at Jagex.
If you work for Jagex, then yes. I highly doubt that you work with Jagex, though.

Jagex's most popular websites are FunOrb and Runescape. FunOrb which is basically a site containing all games made by Jagex. However, Jagex are also developing a new game; Mechscape. Check out the Jagex website for more information on their business and games.
There is actually no way to contact Jagex for game questions. You can only contact them for bugs and other stuff. If you use one of the emails they provide (that is used for submitting bugs) to ask about the game and stuff, they will NOT write back. This has happened to me.
There is no risk in running legitimate Jagex products on your computer. Please do not download ANYTHING claiming to be Jagex software or updates. Their games are all browser based and do not need downloading. If you are prompted to download material when visiting a website claiming to be run by Jagex report the site to Jagex administration.
