Mercury has almost no atmosphere and so there is nothing to hold the Solar heat in. As a result the temperature drops during Mercurial nights. The polar regions of Mercury get very little direct sunlight and so they are always below 180 K.
because Mercury cant trap heat because it has no atmosphere

it is possible that mercury is made of ice in some parts because a lot of the planet is far away from the sun and its very hard for that part if the planet to absorb sunlight ,warmth and of course heat from the sun.

Yes. Ice floats in water because it is less dense. Mercury is over ten times denser than water. So ice easily floats in mercury.
It is not possible: Mercury does not have a frozen planet.

Hey Cyrstal here Saturn's rings are made of rock and ice but Mercury does not have ice. Cyrstal Comment: Not a bad answer, but it's thought Mercury has some ice, in craters at the poles. Also I think there is a small amount of water ice in the atmosphere of Saturn.
There is ice on it.
