Yes; quite clearly ... but you do have to realize that the gravity is about 1/6 that of earth: so you would be extremely light, though you would also have to contend with the unbalancing affect of using a space suit and account for its weight into the equation.
During any "running", for instance, you would be taking very high and long bounds, and you would be largely in slow motion, as you would have to wait for gravity to return you to the moon's surface after each step.
