I believe there would be a high possibility. To give you an example: My younger brother has: Autism, ADHD Tourette's Syndrome and Epilepsy. During the time he was being assessed for Tourette's Syndrome, it was found that my father had a mild case of it. In the last few months, I've been diagnosed with ADHD. I figured that what I was "feeling" was related to it and the likelihood that it could be ADHD because of my brother's pre-existing condition.
