It should be suspended underneath the rear center of the boxbed by a winch. Use your tire iron to crank the winch up or down by inserting it through the hole in the bumper and engaging the winch crank's socket. Turning clockwise raises the tire and counter-clockwise lowers it. Once the tire is on the ground and there is a bit of slack in the cable, just manoeuver the T-hanger through the center hole of the spare tire to release it. Do the opposite to rehang a tire.
