It is part of Lower Nubia because the Delta is in Upper Nubia and that is the calmer area called the blue Nile
In upper Egypt but remember upper Egypt is located south because of the flow of the Nile river.
Upper Egypt refers to the southern part of Egypt close to the borders of Sudan, and it includes Luxor and Aswan and Nubia and also other places. Lower Egypt is the Northern part of Egypt which includes Cairo and Alexandria and other cities.

Upper Nubia is south of Lower Nubia, because the Nile flowed up towards the north, instead of flowing to the south like every other body of water
Before Lower Egypt and Upper Egypt were united they both had different crowns. Upper Egypt had a red crown and Lower Egypt had a white crown, and it was sometimes called white Egypt after the crown.

The crowns of upper and lower Egypt were combined because King Menes combinded upper and lower Egypt. He decidd to combine upper and lower Egypt and the crowns.
Nubia is divided into 2 regions. Lower and Upper Nubia. Upper Nubia is rocky and dry. It's soil is not fertile and it has lots of hills and highlands. Lower Nubia is good for farming and it has silt in it's soil that makes the land fertile.
