If it's not an iL, it shouldn't be that difficult at all. All it takes, is to pry the back seat up and it'll be right there underneath the seat. I'm not as familiar with the 1994 735 but if it's anything like my previous 7 which was an 88 735, all I did to get to my battery, was pry the seat up. If memory serves me correctly, it popped out rather easily.
