No the sun cant be regarded as bad. The infrared radiations which the sun emit are the ones which are vital for human life. Without them the earth would be a cold, rocky planet. The radiations in the visible region of earth allow us to see everything from the giant blue whales or the planets to the small mites and microbes( by telescope). The UV radiations which is the topic here are too not that bad what others think. The main problem is that their exposure can cause a no. of problems among the human race. However the UV rays have their applications too like one of the most important application of the UV radiations is to kill the Bacteria or other harmful microorganisms present in the water.Moreover it is very interesting to know that these are the UV rays itself which help in the formation of ozone. Without the UV radiations no ozone would have been possible The nature has created everything for the good of the humans. Everything is not perfect. So it is how we take the good things and reject the other
