Don't worry about it; there is no such entity as "god" - well, unless you're one of the brain-damaged few who believes that a talking snake caused the first woman on the planet to throw everyone in the rest of history into some sort of miasmic cesspool.
Most normal, sentient beings understand very well that it's silly to give credence to a theory that has NO evidence to support it - ie. the existence of "god". In fact, the very real evidence debunking this fantasy is overwhelming.
So go on and live your life without fear or even apprehension. Sure, it might be a gamble, but the odds are about 99-1 in your favor.
