Question is vague, are you referring to Oak Alley Plantation in Louisiana?

The original Oak Alley Plantation consisted of about 1200 acres of land, including Big House, Alley of Oaks, sugar cane fields, swamp, a pond, barns, grazing fields, railroad and some roads.

The Big House and Alley of Oaks is now owned and managed by the non-profit Oak Alley Foundation, which owns just the 25 acres surrounding the historic area of the property (Big House, Trees, and historical exhibits)
