An allergy can cause a reaction that leads the the blood vessels dilating and the airway constricting making it hard to breathe. This can lead anaphlyactic shock which could result in death.

Peanut allergy is also a dangerous allergy. Lots of people are allergic to peanuts and nuts especially kids because usually when they're older, they aren't allergic anymore but it's still possible for an adult to be allergic to peanuts. People who are allergic to peanuts could die from it. They die from it when eating them, touching them and sometimes even smelling them. It doesn't causes death every time someone eats peanuts. They might end up in a hospital.

Some Allergies can be extremely life threatening. The most life threatening allergy is a anaphlaxis reaction which is a reaction that involves more than one part of the body. Anaphlaxis can be caused by injections, normal foods like nuts and fruits, bee/wasp stings and many more.

The most common allergies include household allergies, pollen, dust mites and pet allergies. Dust mites are probably the most troublesome of the lot as they are around all year round unlike the pollen allergy commonly known as hayfever. Dust mites can be the cause of bad Asthma attacks or skin irritation like eczema.
