Its generally a possibility that one of your families has twins somewhere in the line. You need to go to a Doctor Who will organize for you to get a ultrasound test done. that will tell you the situation. The girl next door had twins a couple of years ago. Good Luck.

∙ 7y agoYou do not by the way of probability and chances in this case. If both the parents are having history of twins in the family, you have much higher chances of getting twins. You can know the fact in very early pregnancy. By one and half months of your last date of periods, you can go for ultrasound examination. You will come to know about the fact that twins are there or single fetus is there. You can easily terminate the pregnancy at this time. You have to take few tablets as per advice of your gynecologist. I personally feel that you go ahead with twin pregnancy. Nature has given you the gift of twin pregnancy. It is fine to accept twins as gift. Indeed they are! It's my personal experience.
