Unfortunately this question is absurd and unanswerable in its current form. There is no average length of time that one should eat in order to be healthy. Obviously if you spend 20 minutes eating a nutritious balanced diet you are going to be healthier than if you spend 20 minutes eating a pile of sugar and lard.
