It depends on how high your hCG levels were. HCG levels drop at the same rate they climb: i.e. they halve every 2-3 days.
I was told 2-3 weeks. It could be more but I doubt it.
I've heard that it can take up to six weeks.
I was told that it all depends on how far along you are when you miscarry. The more advanced the pregnancy, the longer HGC will stay in your system.
I misscarried at 5 weeks and I am still showing a positive result on tests and should now be 13 weeks. HCG results can be deciving with urine, it is the most sensitive way to test. If in doubt ask for a blood test!
HCG levels will gradually diminish over a few days time after a miscarriage.
Yes, but it depends on how soon after the miscarriage. Ask your doctor for sure, but HcG remains in your system for awhile after the miscarriage.
You can't have a miscarriage if you are not pregnant
no
Yes, If your quantitative hcg levels are increasing and then start decreasing slowly or rapidly during early pregnancy, it may be a chance that a miscarriage is occurring.
it depends how high were your hcg levels, i was about 5 weeks when i miscarried nd my hcg were at 880 now after 1 week my hcg gone down to 100 so it all depends..to get a positive your hcg levels should be higher then 4
Most likely an impending miscarriage
not sure wut u mean by tru, but if u mean a positive result indicating a second pregnancy than about a month after the miscarriage. one the hcg has dropped from the miscarriage u can ovulate (which may take 3 or 4 weeks, depending how far along u were) and 2 weeks after taht u can test for a new pregnancy.
No a normal hCG level in non-pregnant women is 0 to 5.
Just happened to me too. My dr called it a threatened miscarriage and is still checking my hcg levels.
shortly after a miscarriage the HCG levels are still high, this might cause multiple ovulations which gives twins..
after 10 days miscarriage pregnancy test is positive. what's my problem?
Hcg is the level of a pregnancy hormone that increases throughout the pregnancy. An Hcg level of 229 means that a woman is in the very early stages of pregnancy, or is having a miscarriage.
