I am so sorry for your loss. You are as likely to get pregnant after a stillbirth as a normal birth. When your body and mind are ready you will know. Some friends of mine had their second baby on what would have been the first birthday of their still born son. They insisted on induction on that day because they didn't want it to become a day of mourning, but a day of joy and they knew that then they would never forget the son they had lost.
