I am not exactly sure what you are asking here but you should wait about 3-4 weeks (at least) until having intercourse when changing or starting Birth Control pills. About a pregnancy test, wait no more than 1 day before your expected period. At one day before your period the pregnacny test will be about 95% accurate. Be sure to use your morning urine, which contains the highest level of hCG (pregnancy hormone), and do not drink a bunch of fluids before taking the test because it can dilute your urine.
It's fine to do as long as you are willing to either risk pregnancy or start another method of birth control.
No it can't as long as you are taking your birth control pills as instructed and not missing any. Marcy
How long it is going for what? Missing birth controls like you have will put you at risk of pregnancy. If your trying to conceive then stop taking birth control because this will harm the Foetus when you do conceive.
Taking birth control is the key here. As long as you have not missed taking any of the BCP you are 99.5% protected from pregnancy.
Just as long as it takes for the pregnancy test to work, normally 5 minutes.
It doesn't. If you are trying to become pregnant, it may take a few months for ovulation to begin happening at a regular interval again. However, if you are having unprotected sex and do not want a pregnancy, you need another form of birth control.
Never. A condom is still the best way to prevent pregnancy, and the only birth control system that works ninety percent of the time or better.
If you are referring to the pill, as long as you discontinue taking the pill as soon as you suspect that you are pregnant, and you began prenatal treatment with your ob/gyn, you should plan on a fine pregnancy and birth of your baby. If you are referring to an IUD, depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, the IUD will need to be removed and the opening to the cervix may also need to have a few sutures sewn in place to prevent the cervix from openening prematurely. As with any birth control, upon suspicion of pregnancy, discontinue the birth control and see your ob/gyn immediately.
I don't think that birth control stops bloating. At least it doesn't work for me. I still blow up like a balloon a few days before my cycle and I have taken birth control pills for about 15 years.
It should be the same amount of time as when NOT on birth control.
how long does it take to get back on your normal cycle after stopping birth control
Usually you have your period at specific times when taking birth control. If you have concerns, take a pregnancy test.
