Generally you can look at changing jewellery in about 7 to 14 days however the jewellery needs to be of higher quality than what your ears have been pierced with assuming you are going the piercing gun route which I always advise against because the shops doing the piercing with guns do not have health inspections or business licenses for piercing services.
I would suggest you wait 6 to 8 weeks before changing the jewellery, keep in mind removing the jewellery is very hard on a new piercing so leaving it alone to heal is the best bet.
By all means Yes, that's what we are here for.
Wait at least 8 weeks before you change the jewelry.
Wait 4-6 weeks after getting a lip piercing to change the jewelry in it
After getting my Tragus pierced I waited until 2 months to change mine as it was still hurting , but when they change the bar in the Tragus it can be quite painful so just putting it out there and don't change jewelry in the Tragus when it's infected it really hurts

6 months
Just long enough to clean the pierced area and disinfect your jewelry. Clean at least twice a day for the first week, and use some triple antibiotic ointment if any pain or inflammation. Any pus, see a Doc.
Yes it is okay, 14 days after gettin it pierced... it should be okay one week after getting it done.
Definitely not by yourself. If you're absolutely sure the swelling is gone, go have your piercer change it out. Its really important that they measure the right bar to prevent gum, enamel erosion or chipped teeth. They'll also use sterilized jewelry, which is super important with a new piercing
If you just got your nose pierced, wait for 6 weeks, then change it if you would like to.
Yes, if the jewelry is not changed too early. Your original jewelry must stay in for 6 weeks after piercing to ensure that the piercing is stable. If you take out the jewelry too early, it can close up on you. If you have already had it for 6 weeks, you should be able to change it without any worry of it closing up.
The jewellery for piercings isn't something you buy off the shelf, the piercing needs to be measured and size according to what you were pierced with and where the piercing is at with the healing. You need to see a professional body piercer to get the appropriate jewellery for your piercing.
