Generally you can look at changing jewellery in about 7 to 14 days however the jewellery needs to be of higher quality than what your ears have been pierced with assuming you are going the piercing gun route which I always advise against because the shops doing the piercing with guns do not have health inspections or business licenses for piercing services.

∙ 14y agoI would suggest you wait 6 to 8 weeks before changing the jewellery, keep in mind removing the jewellery is very hard on a new piercing so leaving it alone to heal is the best bet.
