Well its hard to tell when vitamins actually absorb, caffeine stay in your blood stream for 12 hours and depending on how much you drink doesn't matter. Unless you drink a gallon of coffee I really don't see a problem, so cheers
I haven't heard that you have to wait any amount of time before taking a beverage after taking vitamins in tablet form, but contact the makers or retailers o even your pharmacist for further info on the particular brand and dosage.
I wait three hours, just to make sure the coffee is out of my system so my supplements can be fully digested and metabolized.
