Reactive Arthritis tends to affect people aged between 20 and 50 years. usually the condition resolves by itself within a few months. Sometimes however, symptoms sometime persist for longer or may recur. Reactive arthritis is not contagious.

Symptoms

The symptoms of reactive arthritis depend on the joints affected as does the pain or discomfort.

Pain, swelling or stiffness in a joint (arthritis)

The arthritis develops several weeks after a bacterial infection

Usually between one and five joints are affected

Pain and stiffness tend to be worse in the morning

Lower Back pain

Feet are Painful feet walking.
