It takes about 4 hours to freeze sliced fruit. It depends on how big your slices are, if they are fairly small then only freeze them for 2 to 3 hours. If they are fairly big then freeze them for about 4 to 5 hours

∙ 14y agothey should be good for about 1 to 1 1/2 years, as long as they were frozen in liquid, if frozen dry, not sure, check to see if there is freezer burn, if so , i would not eat. If dry frozen, i would not go past 4 months..... hope this helps

∙ 14y agoFrozen commercial Vege will hold with quality good for about 6 months . The package expiration date should be noted if is present. If they thaw and get refrozen then the quality is diminished greatly. They should be kept in an extra cold spot in freezer for quality.
