After you have taken Misoprostol it can go on for 5-6 hours, sometimes longer and sometimes shorter. If you are worried you can call the 24/7 number the clinic gave you.
I hope you don't mean ONE tablet that combines Mifepristone and Misoprostol because those don't exist. Mifepristone is taken and then the 1-2 days after you take the Misoprostol.
