horses may live days/ weeks without food. It may depend on how healthy the horse is before it is not fed.
Only for a very short time. Horses naturally drink a large amount of water because of their size and this also depends on how much work they are doing. never let your horse have a long drink immediately before work as this can cause colic. Your horse will need a constant/ frequent supply of water in hot weather. remember the break the ice on the water trough, when in cold/freezing whether. NEVER NEGLECT your horse from food water and sufficient care/TLC. Neglect is wrong so please please never do it! Animals cannot stand up for themselves, and never deserve neglect. do some research, and look up horse care. only ever get a pet if you can afford it and you have the time to give it overall sufficient care.
Just like with humans, it's around four days without drinking water--two days at the minimum for desert-adapted breeds like the Arab--and several months without food.
It's always worthwhile noting here that a horse should not be forced to be without food or water for longer than 12 or 24 hours. It is deemed animal cruelty if an animal is to be without its essential needs--food and water--for longer than this.
I don't know if horses even can tread water - I should think they probably could, but as for how long for - I think it would depend on the horse
not long maybe a day or two
5 mins
It depends on the individual endurance.
The ability of a human can tread water varies on many variables. The temperature of the water, a persons body fat, and the will to live. A marine has tread water for 22 hours in warm waters.
i just tread along the long way
Increases grip if there is water on the roadway the water can enter the holes in the tread and not interfere as much with the rubber contact with the road.
mm the coews do uit
Hydroplaning occurs when the tires' tread is unable to expel enough water to maintain a rubber contact patch on the road. The function of tread is to allow the "high" part of the tread pattern to cut through by forcing water (and other road grit) into channels and grooves surrounding the tread blocks. When the water gets too deep for the tread grooves to cut through it and force it between the tread blocks, the "high part" of the tread blocks lose contact with the pavement and looses traction by hydroplaning.
This can take a long time if the horse is water shy. Start with a little bit of water and work into what you want it to finish in.Start out slowly, spend a lot of time on it and move to a larger portion of water when the horse goes into smaller portion of water with ease. This will take patience and a long time but if you stay with it, your horse will come to trust you and will go anywhere with you.
Malcolm Muggeridge has written: 'Tread softly for you tread on my jokes' 'Living water'
it would take a long time even if you are on a horse they can and will get tiered they will need to drink some water and stop for a brake.
Longer. How much longer depends on several things ( tire tread, amount of water, turning, etc. ).
You tread the water quickly with your legs and it propels you out of the water.
